About the Class
This beginning theater class includes games, character work, dancing, and beginning vocal training so that children receive a firm foundation in theater. This class is perfect for beginners with a desire to express themselves.
Our 8-Week cohort-based classes give new actors the perfect opportunity to try dance in a safe, fun environment while making new friends. What Makes Theater This Class Different? We use a project - based model so that children are involved every step of the way. This Session's Project -
We will be learning selections from "Wonka." Students will have a "set design" day where we create props and a background set.
Our Cohort Model
While traditional theater classes may have 15+ children, we have designed our classes to run in 8 week sessions within a small cohort of dancers.
Each child will receive a customized and positive Progress Snapshot mid-session—complete with a personalized note from their teacher.
