Movement Warm-Up
Fun exercises that build coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Creative Dance Exploration
Teachers introduce playful prompts that inspire children to create movements and dance ideas.
Story Dance or Choreography
The group collaborates to build a dance based on characters, themes, or imaginative stories.

Dance classes are held at Movement by La Vie, a dedicated dance studio featuring Marley and sprung floors — safe and ideal for young dancers — plus a comfortable waiting room for families.
About The Instructor
My name is Taylor and I will be the instructor for this session's dance class. I am excited to bring my love and passion for the arts to the next generation of budding artists.
I started dancing at the age of 3, and trained pre- professionally until college. I hold a Bachelor's degree Early Childhood Education as well as a Bachelor's degree in Dance. My Master's degree is in Mental Health Therapy in Schools which has inspired me to add mindfulness and social emotional components to my classes.
I believe that learning should be done in a pressure free environment (packed with fun and moments of silliness).
