A joyful first introduction to dance for ages 5–8. Children learn beginning ballet and tap through music, movement, imagination, and age-appropriate technique in a warm, encouraging environment. About the Class
Junior Ballet/Tap 1 is designed for children ages 5–8 who are ready to take their first dance steps. This beginner-friendly class introduces foundational ballet and tap skills while keeping learning playful, creative, and engaging.
Each week, dancers build coordination, rhythm, balance, and confidence through movement games, music, creative exploration, and real dance technique. Our child-centered approach helps every child feel successful, whether they're naturally outgoing or just beginning to find their voice.
This 4-week session runs September 9–September 30 and includes four classes for $88 ($22 per class). At the end of the session, families will be invited to a small in-class showcase where dancers can share what they've learned.
